Duathlon:

- 4º in National Championships – Elite 2001
- 5º of the Portuguese Cup 2000
- European Duathlon Champion - Age Groups 35-39 – 2001

Main moments as a coach:
- Participation as a coach in 4 Paralympic games (Barcelona 92, Atlanta 96, Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004)
- Coach of blind athletes that have obtained 21 medals in Paralympic Games and have beaten 11 World and European Records
- Coach of many international athletes in Athletics with medals in Portuguese Championships (including Sérgio Silva)
- Coach of many international Duathlon athletes (José Mário Ribeiro, Cristina Ponte, Pedro Pinheiro, Nelson Silva e Sérgio Silva)
- Coach of athletes with medals in the World Athletics Championships of the CSIT

Functions in Sport Management and Technical direction:

- Sports coordinator of ACAPO(1992-1995 e 1997-2004)
- Athletics coordinator of FPDD (1996-2000)
- National team leader of ACAPO between 1989 e 2006.
- In charge of the wheelchair race of the Lisbon's Half Marathon and Portuguese Half Marathon
- Technical director of the Duathlon team SR Camarnal
